When the pandemic forced academic and professional institutions to move their workforce online, SHPE was quick to respond making sure our members were properly equipped to excel in this “new normal.” We launched Espresso Shots, a series of videos aimed at keeping our Familia motivated and engaged during this new stay-at-home reality.

We offered two series – one for students and one for professionals. Each one was led by a different SHPE staff member and offered little “pick-me-ups” or shots of energy to get us through the day. Topics ranged from helping people achieve that elusive work/life integration to creating a productive home office environment. They were practical, relevant and just plain useful.
