In 2020, SHPE was thrilled to take the next step in assisting our business partners and their Hispanic employees. This past summer, we welcomed Dr. Robert Rodriguez to our team as the staff lead for our newest corporate endeavor – SHPExchange.
This program helps organizations establish a strategic operating framework for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that are enhancing and supporting the careers of their Hispanic colleagues in STEM.
Dr. Rodriguez is recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Latinos in Corporate America, and is an expert in talent management, succession planning and executive development with an emphasis on ERG operations and Diversity & Inclusion planning.
We can think of no one better to take our Industry Partnership Council members to the next level.
The SHPExchange is just another example of how SHPE supports the journey of our members holistically – ensuring the very organizations they work for are prepared to properly nurture and utilize their diverse talents!
